Culturas regenerativas

En esta entrevista nuestra amiga y compañera Aude Péronne (John D. Liu asistente ejecutiva y creadora de redes) y Elvira Marín (directora de la Fundación Aland y ex coordinadora de la Asociación Alvelal) conversan sobre la experiencia de trabajar en el movimiento de la agricultura regenerativa a través de la experiencia de Alvelal en la zona del Altiplano Granadino.

En esta conversación se tocaron puntos claves como el involucramiento con agricultores y las herramientas que se han utilizado para crecer de 21 a más de 400 asociados y convertirse en un referente en cuanto a agricultura regenerativa.También nos hablan de la estructura de Alvelal y cómo ha llegado a desarrollar una iniciativa sostenible social, económica y ambiental por medio de la empresa Almendrehesa.

La regulación climática así como la custodia de nuestros territorios y la manera en la que usamos los recursos que tenemos disponibles son ahora temáticas importantes de considerar ante el futuro que queremos crear y dejar a las generaciones que vienen.

In this interview our friend and colleague Aude Péronne (John D. Liu executive assistant and network creator) and Elvira Marín (director of the Aland Foundation and former coordinator of the Alvelal Association) talk about the experience of working in the agriculture movement regenerative through the experience of Alvelal.

In this conversation, key points were touched on, such as the involvement with farmers and the tools that have been used to grow from 21 to more than 400 associates and become a benchmark in terms of regenerative agriculture.
